Serves 6

Gently melt a 100g bar plain chocolate with 15ml (4fl oz) single cream, 15ml (1 tbsp) soft, brown sugar and 5ml (1tsp) coffee granules. Off the heat, add 60ml (4tbsp) Baileys Cream liqueur. Serve the warn sauce with scoops of chocolate and vanilla ice cream. Top with roughly chopped chocolate covered coffee beans.
