Serves 4


8 fl oz cold water 6 fl oz cold milk
2 fl oz light cream or whipping cream 3 tbspn instant chocolate malted milk powder
2 tbspn sugar 1 tbspn instant coffee granules
1 cup ice cubes whipped cream (optional)

In a blender container combine water, milk, light cream or whipping cream, instant malted milk powder, sugar and coffee granules. Cover and blend until smooth. With blender running, add ice cubes, through hole in lid, one at a time, blending until crushed. Pour into chilled glasses. If desired, top with whipped cream. Serve immediately.
