2 cups unsifted flour 1 ½ cups sugar
2 tspn cinnamon 2 tspn baking soda
1 tspn salt ½ cup oil
2 eggs, beaten ¼ cup dark brewed coffee
1 ½ tspn vanilla 2 ½ cups sliced, peeled apples
1 cup chopped nuts

Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir in wet ingredients and blend. Then stir in apples and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 9 inch tube ppan. Bake for 1 hour - or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes, remove, serve warm.
