Ingredients
| 16 fl oz very hot coffee | 1 tbspn grated orange peel |
| 1 tbspn sugar | 4 glasses Cognac |
| Whipped cream |
Mix the coffee with sugar, grated orange peel and the Cognac. Pour into glasses and top with a dap of whipped cream and a slice of orange peel.
