Can be summarised by the Turkish proverb "Black as hell, strong as death, sweet as love" ! Here we take a blend of our Central American beans (Colombian / Honduras / Nicaraguan / Guatemalan), Brazilian Santos and Ugandan Robusta, to the next level of roasting. Although this high roasted coffee is striking to the tongue, after the initial bitter bite, there is a sweet after taste. The beans are roasted until almost black and the oils flow freely, leaving them dark, glossy and shiny. Bitter, dark Italian flavour. This blend is only for the really initiated!
