What's this?

Can be summarised by the Turkish proverb "Black as hell, strong as death, sweet as love" ! Here we take our Dark Italian blend to the next level of roasting.  Although this high roasted coffee is striking to the tongue, after the initial bitter bite,there is a sweet after taste. The beans are roasted until almost black and the oils flow freely, leaving them dark, glossy and shiny. Bitter, dark Italian flavour. This blend is only for the really initiated!
