Placing your order to receiving your coffee

We aim to freshly roast your coffee the day after we receive your order. Once roasted, your coffee is then dispatched the same day by overnight courier direct to you so that you receive your coffee the day after roasting and in peak condition.

If you order first thing in the morning (before 10.00 am), depending on the volume of orders we have, we may be able to roast your coffee that same day, in which case it will be dispatched on the same day of ordering so that you receive your order the following day.

We do not roast or deliver at the weekends. Therefore if you order your coffee after 10.00 am on a Friday, your order won’t be roasted until the following Monday, when it will be dispatched on that day for you to receive it on the Tuesday.

Please note: We do not roast or deliver Saturday or Sunday

All our orders, even single packs, are sent by overnight courier. We do not send anything by post.

All orders are packed in sturdy delivery boxes to help protect your coffee.

We only deliver within the U.K.

 

Delivery Charges

Our standard delivery charge is normally just £1.99 for all orders up to £35. Delivery is FREE for all orders over £35.

Please note that surcharges may apply for Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands - see more detail below.

 

Delivery Charges For Highlands & Islands

For certain areas within the UK we incur additional delivery surcharges. Whilst we have absorbed some of these extra charges regtrettably we have to pass some of this cost on to our customers. The delivery charges for these areas are detailed below.

In most cases customers have two delivery options;

  1. 1. Royal Mail / ParcelForce - this is an uninsured service *
  2. 2. Courier delivery

* Where the cheaper Royal Mail / ParcelForce option is chosen, please note that we are unable to offer a refund or replacement for any lost or damaged parcels.

Please note that where a Royal Mail ParcelForce option is not given, the courier option is the cheapest and most secure option available.
